Pax Lodge is one of the World Centres of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. It is an international gathering place for members and families, providing opportunities to meet, share and learn together in an international setting.  Pax Lodge is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with a passion for people and working in a diverse international environment.

A confident manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the World Centre and the leadership of a team of international staff and volunteers.  You will work to ensure the highest standards of customer service to all visitors and support constant improvements to service delivery. 

You will need to be an energetic team manager preferably with experience of the hotel, catering or conference sectors, have excellent communication skills and enjoy being challenged.  Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
