Programmes
Sangam offers you 7, 10 or 12 day long events where you can experience the local way of life,
learn more about different cultures and India, and interact with the community.
Please arrive the day before your event starts, between 8 AM and 10 PM.
The event starts with lunch at 1 PM on the first day and ends with lunch at 1 PM on the last day.
Events are open to members of WAGGGS, their friends and families.
If you are looking for a longer term experience, you can participate in Sangam’s unique
Community Volunteer Programme (CVP).
This runs for a three month term:
January to March or
September to November each year.
As a community volunteer, you live at Sangam and support a local social organization by working at their site.
We look forward to seeing you at Sangam!

Girl Scout Family.... Troop 369 in San Antonio, Tx is presening India for World Thinking Day 2010. We too would be grateful for any information you can share with regard to Girl Scouts in India (uniforms, culture, goals, camps, etc). This information would be wonderful for our Texan Girl Scouts to learn. Grateful, Mrs. Jennifer

I would like to re-start or join the association as I am in a process of re-inventing the Boys Scouts and Girl Guides in the Western Cape Province. I am staying in Gugulethu and will appreciate if I can get guidance and assistance from wel established associations.
I hope to get funding if possible so that I can visit other countries and how they have moved on and how can they support us in the Western Cape.
