What is monsoon weather like (June-September)?

The monsoon season is actually Sangam’s busiest period of the year, and even though it tends to rain very heavily throughout the season, the weather rarely dampens people’s spirits.  Roads are often flooded, but life continues, traffic moves and people and participants are able to go wherever they need to go.  Sang am has indoor facilities and covered walkways.  We recommend that people bring sensible walking, waterproof shoes and a very light waterproof jacket. (Umbrellas are readily available from Sangam)
