Application Procedure

I want to apply for a volunteer position– what should I do next?  

Download the application forms and read the job description for the position you are interested in. Which are:

 Programme Assistants
 Asst Programme Manager

Fill in the relevent application form. (You do not need the signature of your International Commissioner, but you should let your National Organisation know you are applying as they should be kept informed.)

Ask three people to complete a reference form for you and have them send it directly to Sangam.  One must be from a person within Guiding/Girl Scouting.  References from family members will not be accepted. 

Remember:  

Your application form and reference forms must be returned to Sangam by December 31st of the year before the season you are applying for! 

All applicants need to be members of National Organisations which belong to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).
