Events
The costs for events at Sangam are based on the length of the event.The fee includes all programme, accommodation, meals and transport during your event.Meals begin with lunch the day before the programme begins and finish with breakfast the day after.Any additional accommodation or meals are charged at Independent Guest Rates.
Rates are based on dormitory-style accommodation however guests can choose to stay in a single or double room for an additional fee per night (depending on availability).
All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and while can be paid in any currency, must be equivalent to the Pound amount at exchange rates on the day the payment is made.
At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the event fee is due. This deposit is per person and is non-refundable. 6 months before the event a further non-refundable 20% is due. The final payment of the remaining 60% can be paid either in advance or on arrival at Sangam for the event.

Independent Guests
Accommodation for guests staying on a bed and breakfast basis is charged individually based on what type of room you have and what meals you choose to eat at the Centre. Full board and lodging is not mandatory. Depending on your requirements, you can choose to have any combination of some, none or all of your meals at Sangam.
Where appropriate, independent guests may participate in event sessions for a nominal fee.

Dormitory lodging may not be available for groups of less than 3 people.
Campsite users
Charges for the use of the campsite include use of the campground, the ablution block and a running water supply. Rental of items such as lighting and tents is additional. Campers are not entitled to use any other facilities.
In order to confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total estimated invoice must be paid to Sangam.
Upon arrival at the site, a damage deposit of Rs 1000/- must be paid at the main office. At the end of the camp the cost of any damage to the site or equipment will be deducted from this damage deposit. If there is no damage then the money will either be returned in full or deducted from the final bill. Please also read the guides for the use of the Laxmi Muzumdar Campsite.

Community Volunteer Programme Participants
The CVP programme fee is set annually and covers all meals, accommodation, training and facilitation of volunteer work. A deposit of 20% of the fee is required upon selection for the programme. View the current rates and a full description of what is included.
In order to confirm a booking in the Lady Ratan Tata Memorial Hall, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the estimated total invoice must be paid at the time of booking. Balance of full payment must be paid on day of event. Conference and Hall users
Sangam must be advised of any changes to the number of participants attending at least 48 hours before the event. If not, full charges will be payable according to number of participants on confirmation letter.
