The following camping charges are effective until 31 March, 2006.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees.

In order to confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total estimated invoice must be paid to Sangam. Upon arrival at the site, a damage deposit of Rs 1000/- must be paid at the main office.

Please contact the Event Administrator to make a booking. In order to confirm the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40 per cent of the estimated total invoice must be paid at the time of booking. Balance of full payment to be paid on day of event.

Sangam must be advised of any changes to the number of participants attending at least 48 hours before the event. If not, full charges will be payable according to number of participants on confirmation letter.
